one hundred and sixty-three: pancakes, layered with peanut butter, topped with blueberries and cinnamon. good morning, for reals.

frozen yogurt with mom

one hundred and sixty-four: frozen yogurt date (with mom!).

strawberries for risotto

one hundred and sixty-five: i made roasted strawberry risotto at my in-laws…and traveled there with all the ingredients on my lap. (totes normal.) recipe soon!

one hundred and sixty-six: i caramelized two onions for this dip. i forgot my dad hates the smell of cooked onions. he said the house smelled like a skunk this night. oops. (ps: i followed this recipe, but used plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise. success!)
