Snickers and Apple Snack

October 28, 2011 · 14 comments

There’s no recipe here.

Just a suggestion.

And an excuse to buy your Halloween candy already. To sneak a few Snickers bars from your kids’ trick-or-treat loot. Or to turn the front porch light out before your candy’s gone.

I won’t tell anyone.

Pinky promise.

PS: If you’re in need of an impressively festive dessert that requires just barely more effort than slicing apples and fun size Snickers bars…Graveyard Dirt Dessert needs to be front and center in your Halloween. It’s a crushed Oreo cookie simulated graveyard that involves pudding and Cool Whip and love. Of the ghostly ghouly type. Impress people with this.

Save your apples and Snickers bars for afternoon snacks. Trust.

Snickers and Apple Snack

1 apple
2 fun size Snickers bars

Slice. Stack. Serve.

(I like things simple.)

I love how this is healthy but also a great dessert at the same time! Nice way to justify eating candy! :)

The apple totally negates the calories of the snickers here, right?

What a great way to make Snickers healthy! That’s my excuse anyway and I love this idea. And why not? Everything good about the Snickers pairs well with the apple. Here’s to you, Sarah!

Yes, puh-lease! I love snickers bars, and if I haven’t eaten them all up already, I may health it up and stack my next one on an apple slice.

Would it be bad if I ate these for breakfast? I am so on board with this idea.
